Happy Diwali/Guy Fawkes Night

Happy Diwali! Having my aunt here who has recently moved from Fiji, she insists on celebrating all the customs from home. So tonight we went out for Indian at a local Mt Eden restaurant, then came home and lit all the candles (and some fireworks) to keep those bad spirits away. :)

And this year, Guy Fawkes and Diwali night co-incided nicely.
