The Crash Then...

Since finding this sign a few years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I've often thought about the happy young men and women of the Class of 1929. No doubt few of them had any idea about how dramatically their lives would change only months after their graduation. Of course today, with the benefit of perfect hindsight, we clearly see huge problems that most of them couldn't.

I wonder if 70 years from now future generations will learn in school about the colossal mistakes we blindly continue to make today.
