Populus canescens, Blairdaff, Aberdeenshire

I pass this dramatic pair of twin Grey Poplars most days, on my way to my nearest town, Inverurie. They stand just to the east of the small settlement of Blairdaff, immediately on the southern verge of the minor road to Fetternear, Burnhervie and (ultimately) Inverurie.
