After the deluge

Today's the day ........................ to reflect

Most Cumbrian blips over the past few days have shown raging torrents of water in some form - a result of the days of heavy, heavy rain that we have been having. Nothing new in that, I hear you say! That's why you have those nice green fells and all those lakes.

This, however, is not a lakeland scene but just our local park after the deluge. Most of the grass was under a few inches of water and this (hopefully) temporary lake had come into being. And it transformed a quite ordinary park into a watery wonderland of reflections.

As they say - every cloud .............!
