Wide load

This guy was causing total havoc going along the footpath with his 'rolled up things' sticking out the side of his bike. People were hopping over them, dodging them or swerving out the way of them as they rode past. It was quite comical..

The strangest thing to me was that no one abused him.. It's such a normal thing here that people just accept it.
