Rain, rain, rain

I had the day off and wanted to take some some landscape shots of the fall foliage. Sadly it was raining in Victoria, so I spent the day travelling up island looking for some sunshine. Predicatably all I found was more rain ;(

Around Naniamo I stopped at a rest station and before me was a beautiful valley filled with fall colours and mist. I had difficulty capturing the scene in the pouring rain. Next time I think I will take a shelter to protect me and the camera!
