Tipula paludosa

or Daddy-long-legs as he likes to be known :) I know he is a he as his abdomen is square ended. The female has a pointed one. There are 300 species of Daddy-long-legs in the UK..........the things you learn on the internet..lol

Can't say I'm a lover of flies, but have to admit his wings are pretty cool!
