One of the best films I've ever seen!

It's based on the true story of female machinists working for the Ford factory in Dagenham going on strike in 1968 to be paid as skilled workers, which then becomes a fight for equal pay, leading to the Equal Pay Act of 1970. A real example of female empowerment.
