Even though its been pretty mild today, I still felt like a winter warmer for dinner. Sausages in the fridge but I don't want bangers and Mash, not tonight anyyway. So time for a Nigel Slater recipe to step up to the plate (do you see what I've done there?). Ever reliable and always tasty and so it proved. Cheers again Nige.
