Not so secret garden

Just round the corner from work, still within our grounds, there is a little garden area down some steps. Nobody passes by here very much so it probably doesn't get noticed. It needs a bit of TLC but it could be really nice if anyone had time to look after it. Wonder if we would be allowed to do it as a lunchtime volunteer project?
