Baking Day #7

Apple pies!

Almost coming to the end of the range of baking I do every Thursday which explains why I don't have time to get outside with my camera!

For those who asked, I used to own a Tearooms where I sold all my own homemade cakes, but since selling up a few years ago I now concentrate on what I love doing best - baking! The majority of my baking is sold at the Village Market which I run on a Friday morning, but I also supply a local restaurant and a few private customers.
