The Green Bin Wagon ate the lid off the green bin. The Emergency Bin recovery team may take up to 12 weeks to swap or repair the poor thing instead of the usual 10-12 days due to a high incidence of casualties? The lady did say that the bin wagons have been very hungry lately.
