New Tableware

New placemats and a new tablecloth, celebrated with some very nice food (venison fillet on garlic mushroom with goat's cheese served with sauteed asparagus, even peeled the asparagus stalks). Also cooked a venison casserole with beetroot but it was ready a bit late for me to eat any. Used the pressure cooker for the casserole and had some bother getting the pressure up again but I think it is just that I need to raise the heat a bit, Jen got it going immediately after she turned up the gas but I thought it wasn't closed properly. We have been watching a lot of Masterchef recently and it is certainly upping my game in the kitchen, though it's a bit difficult to cook anything simple anymore.
