Green Orange

There was a plate of fruit in the hotel room when I arrived, I've eaten it all except for this one ... on asking some questions I found out that its one of the first oranges of the new season and is still ripening ... allegedly at this stage you get "the best taste" ... haven't tried it yet as I expect oranges to be orange, but then again I expect them to be found on supermarket shelves and not trees.
