lily abstract

this is an abstract from the petals of a tiger lily. i couldn't help myself... i thought the petals individually were too intriguing not to play around with and manipulate some.... i am always amazed at how you can get a photo to look like a painting or something it really isn't. although i think this does look like what it is and all... but flowers give us so much more to work with - all of nature does - it's so exciting...

it will be a wonder to behold what the somewhat barreness of winter will bring forth...

simple thoughts....that's all i have today; mid-week.... 'cuz i visited the clinic again and am not getting any better from the treatment i am undergoing for my neck and head; but am laughing during it so my doctor said he loves treating me because i'm such a sport with it all in the midst of this pain i endure.... yay... but what else can i do? i pray and am thankful it's not worse... and...

i then look at the beauty of a lily and find some peace....
