Empty Playpark on a Wet Day
I have been thinking about colour this week for the OU course. I decided to head for one of the local playareas today, deliberately, as I expected no-one would be out with toddlers in such bad weather. Sad in a way that we have to think where we photograph and who might be there.
There was a break in the rain, and I had the place to myself. Several odd looks from serious dog walkers. I have saturated this a little, and also wanted a wide f stop, to blur the park background.
Cooked dinner for my parents, who have arrived safely back from their travels in South Africa. Well tanned and tired after a 26 hour journey. They have brought me two blippable objects, to appear soon. One is very colourful - another tick in the box.
A day of mixed emotions. I have to accept that life brings change, and things don't stay the same for long.
