Quince Jelly

Its been a preserving week, and this is some of the booty I have in the larder for the winter.

Some one said to me today (we will call her Liz to protect her identity) "I'd like to do a photo journal . . . but all I would do is photograph what I cook and things" So this inspired me to try and get an arty photo of some cooking.

Someone else said to me yesterday (we will call her Louise for similar reasons) "that photo of the quince in the water, you didn't take that did you, you copied it from a book or something!". Well I can't prove I took it but here is proof that the quinces were washed, cooked and made into jelly. See Quince in water Photo.
