A colour project - White

Being a bit synesthetic myself, colours represent an important part of my life. I normally see numbers, letters, words and music in colours.

So I decided to start a colour project. During the next few days, every new entry will feature a different colour, and I've decided to start with white, which you may argue is not strictly a colour, but never mind.

White is associatied with purity and goodness. It opens up spaces, reflects light, gives you a feeling of peace and harmony, and yet makes your sorroundings feel cold and empty. It makes you think of wedding dresses, lilies, clouds, fresh linnen, sugar, milk, cream, cotton, doves...

and you find it in most electrical applicances!

Writing all this while having a warm hot toddy. Not feeling great today and looking forward to a good sleep.

Tomorrow it will be yellow!
