The long winter ahead
The blip pickings were pretty slim at lunch time. Well for the non-smoking blip subjects anyway. Patrick was a really nice guy, very easy to talk to.
At the back of my mind I had possible shots of my walk to the Dart station after work, at that time of the day when the light is most beautiful.
Was most beautiful. Last week. It was pitch dark when I left the Mistake Factory. I am this close to joining Mrs Raheny in her bi-yearly rants about the absurdity of daylight-saving time changes.
So here we have an emergency portrait of Philippe on the platform. We discussed, amongst other things: high ISO and Luminance Noise Reduction, daylight saving and its effect on Mrs Raheny's mood, the impact of leaves on the tracks or Iarnrod Eireann's seasonal excuse of choice, some Experts' distinct lack of sense of humour, lens distortion, the relative relativity of 5% (as a percentage), nasal cartilage and its unfair distribution between different ethnic groups.
A shitty day but a fine evening.
