My turn to cook tonight

I used to enjoy cooking though in recent years I seem to have lost interest - perhaps because I now get delicious food cooked for me. It was my turn to cook tonight so having failed to find time to take photos today I decided that a photo had to be taken while I was cooking. I've cropped this image quite a bit, which is something I rarely do but the camera setting and the light available would not allow me to zoom in further. Maybe I'll start a series of still lifes for when I'm short of another blip theme or for when I'm short of time to take photos.
