Golden silver birch

Hard to believe that I bought this tree as a thin sapling. It took a while to take off, it's trunk was brown and uninteresting. Now, it is really beautiful.

I managed to catch this first thing this morning - we're now being battered by rain and very strong winds: All souls day.
