For Playing Card Aficionados

Actually if you've ever seen an American movie where they have been playing cards you will have probably seen the Bicycle deck. It is called that because there are two angels with wings riding bicycles on the back.

The card my lovely assistant is examining here is from a deck produced by the US Playing Card Co with a Mandolin back. It is meant to look similar to the Bicycle back but it is designed for use by card manipulators and magicians.

By the way, you will probably be seeing my lovely assistant again. He has been on sale for months at our regular Coffee Morning bric-a-brac sale. Nobody wanted him so I have given him a job - as my lovely assistant!
