Scruffy!

Recently, I took Joe for his usual walk. I stopped and chatted to a neighbour (Ed. is 86 years old, an Advanced Motorist and still driving). Anyway he asked me did I know a particular lady neighbour who has has a dog the same make as Joe? He said, "Her's is a beautifully pampered little dog, NOT a scruffy little bugger like him"!
