ACP....

....short for acupuncture.  

This is Doug & my good friend & colleague Lucy, physiotherapist extraordinaire!! Doug has twenty needles in his arm as part of treatment for his rotator cuff injury (shoulder).  This is called Dry Needling & is a little different from traditional acupuncture (which we also do in our clinic).  Dry needling is an effective acupuncture technology to treat pain and movement dysfunctions, using a solid filament needle.  Points are identified by palpation and physical assessment.

Just another day spent at work, whilst the sun shines brightly outside, grrrrrr.  Our Club meeting is tonight, results of our A.V's (audio visual) competition. I'm looking forward to seeing the entries.  

An early loading of my blip at work as I don't have time to go home before the meeting, I will just go straight from work.  There will be no time for commenting today.
