Sweet Cherries

It's been a great day, with a lot packed in from walks in the autumn leaves through to the making of our Christmas Cake.

I don't normally go for glaced cherries, I never really got them....however in a christmas cake, suitably dowsed over several weeks upto christmas they become amazing and one of my most favorite parts of the cake!
