Asleep at the wheel

Not even when the phone rang next to his ear did he stir. He reminded me of one of my favourite missed photo opportunities of the last month, 'Diagonal man' in Geneva, drawing a perfect diagonal line from where his shoulders touched the back of the bench to where his feet touched the ground in front of him...I couldn't bring myself to photograph someone so vulnerable and was scared to wake him, but this time I'm afraid I showed no mercy...We were in the shop for a good half hour. (Perhaps he's dead... In which case my mercilessness is unforgivable...)
