Today's blip was supposed to have been a landscape scene depicting the Lake District in all its Autumnal glory. However, I'm unfortunately not in the Lakes, I'm at home and instead of a majestic, sweeping landscape, you have a photo of Elvis, taken on my iPhone4.

Yes, I know - it's the day before Halloween and I've blipped a black cat. I'm sorry. I was determined to avoid the typical Halloween blip, but in the small print found at the bottom of my Black Cat Owner's Manual, it does state that the only way to stop him heading off with the nearest witch on her broomstick over Halloween is to blip him.
