Hee! Hee! It's nearly Halloween!!!!!!

Halloween is not usually that big a deal in Australia, but this year the shops have gone absolutely overboard with it. There are lots of decorations to buy plus heaps of different costumes, hats and accessories. Most of the shop assistants have also been dressed up. The theme parks have put on extra Halloween activities. And I've never seen so many pumpkins (for decorating) It's actually been quite a lot of fun.

The 2 little pumpkins in the picture, I actually gave to my children back in 1987, when we still used to live in the UK. I used to do a Halloween meal, plus I used to give them a little basket full of goodies. I continued this on when we came to Australia, and only stopped it when they started growing up.

Today has been a lovely day weather wise and because I went out for coffee and cake with Christian. Plus we went for a wander around the shops, he bought some new shoes and more tee shirts, I bought a mini tripod! A good day.
