First Snow

I woke up feeling much better today. I love the first snow fall, everything looks so shiny, as if it belongs in a shakey snow-globe! I came downstairs and opened the front door to see this wonderful display of snow. I was alone in the house, the tire lines along the driveway the only note left telling me my folks had gone out already. Time for a warm tea.
