Nice sunny day today, I went with a friend to Amsterdam for the Museum of 'Bags and Purses'.
The Museum is housed in a magnificent historical building, dating from 1664 on the Herengracht in the Centre of Amsterdam.

This building is part of a unique row of four buildings from the same period, with a single frontage and identical layout.
In this building one can admire two period rooms with painted ceilings and chimney pieces dating from the 17th and 18th century.

We also visit the new public library, where I saw this young man sitting in the sun, reading a book....
All in all a very nice day!
