Crassula ovata

This specimen must be at least 20yrs old.
I'm not sure what to do with it. It stands 2' tall above its 8" pot and is about 18" in width. It is pot bound but I have never seen it flower.
Busy day today 3 bikes to and from Liverpool and then delivered my car and trailer to No Mans Heath and came home by motorbike. Great trip back, arrived home with a huge grin, unfortunately too late to visit my Mum.
Hope Corin fixed the boiler down the road?
