The studio

My mum went to art school at the age of 53, where they took away all her tiny watercolour brushes, gave her a wall and some 6" brushes and told her to get on with it. She's been a great artist ever since.

Sitting studiously in her studio today is Rebekah, now 13 yet only four years old when she first discovered a love of oil paints through her nanny. (The two of them pictured on the wall here.)
