in comfort

A quiet day. Plenty of work that went well. Reading a book at a coffee shop with a hot chocolate at hand. A good session at the gym.

It would have been a good day but for what happened later in the evening. As I was driving home I went over a plastic object that was in the middle lane of the highway and was hit by another car and thrown right in front of me. No injuries or visible damage to the car except for a noise when I tried to go further. Had to call road assistance and get towed to the mechanic. I am waiting now hoping that the damage would be minimal.
