It's nearly stew season...

Back blipped.

How much more satisfying are stews and casseroles than summer salads? Mr Cleanslate could live without stew, this is unfortunate for him since it's a regular for this household in the winter months (poor thing!)

Lovely day with just No.1 today (27th). I took him to the half term Halloween events at Red House Farm near Altrincham. There were tractor rides, trampolines, bouncy castles (note all the plurals!) and a yummy farm shop lunch. He had a really lovely time (and I did too!) It's nice to be able to focus on just one sometimes. There were lots of potential blip moments but nothing really came to fruition because I was so busy enjoying watching him. This was snatched really quickly through the door of the farm shop, because it looked so delicious and the light was so bright. But it was too bright in parts and too shadowy in others - oh well :-)
