Dead Lifts

Down the gym early this morning, as you can see did another hard session. This is me doing 40KG dead lifts. Along with 50 press-ups (full press-ups - non of this half press-ups on your knees!) and 3 sets of single arm rows I am feeling quite sore again.

I am also gutted to note my two tone hair colour in this picture .... good job I am down the hairdressers in about ten days to have new highlights put in! I think there is some serious work to be done!

The new tyre (TBT ..The BIG Tyre) has been removed from the wheel, and an eyebolt inserted. It is significantly heavier than the golf tyre, so I am not sure how I will get on with it tomorrow!!
