Baking Day #6

I miss my old whisk (see yesterdays) but getting along fine with my new one as you can see from these apple cakes which have just come out of the oven! The pastry cases are ready for quiches, so shall use it again to whisk the eggs then that will be it for today. Mustn't over work it on it's first day!
