Flat White

I'm always on the search for the perfect coffee ... and I think this one from Ginger & White in Hampstead comes pretty close.

There is nothing more wonderful to me than whiling away the hours in a lovely cafe, enjoying a coffee and just watching the world go by. I spend a lot of time in various cafes around London. Unfortunately most of the time it's a Starbucks or an equivalent, but I prefer these independent places which are mostly run by Aussies or Kiwis. A little bit of home comfort in this big city...
