Crock Pot

The whole idea of slow cookers is that you can put all the ingredients for your dinner into one vessel in the morning, turn it on, and have a fully cooked meal 8 hours later.

That's what I planned to do this morning (before I realized I slept through two snooze cycles). So off to work I went.

When I returned home at 6 pm I put the pork roast, onions, teriyaki sauce and garlic into the pot; I service temperature to high. It will be done at about 10:30. Will eat it for dinner tomorrow.
