Necklace

After being inspired by SS's use of macro lenses & WH's jewellery, I've combined the two to come up with today's picture.

This is a necklace that I bought in Kenya last September. The women in a small village near Lake Nakuru take long, thin triangles of paper from magazines, roll them into beads and then varnish them.
