Nimbus

The clouds looked nicer as the obscured sun set behind the hill, over the roofs of neighbouring houses as viewed from my bedroom. To be followed later by yet more rain this evening!!

But we have been lucky to have a very sunny afternoon - which are getting fewer in number as the season rolls on. The rain has now drenched the leaves, withered and autumnal, leaving them with no 'crunch'.
