DIABEG WRECK
This morning we woke up to SNOW on the mountains opposite; so drove to Torridon to at last see for ourselves the Highlands in "winter". What I didn't have though was instructions on how to take photographs of mountains in the snow. Hopefully I will find a magazine article to help soon. All my mountains merged with the sky and became..... well, nothing!
But instead I found this quite heartbreaking wreck on the beach at Diabeg. Its structure, exposed by the damage wrought, was a work of art, as was its gradual demise. I could have spent the whole day circling its beached remains.
