Rambling daily

Sailors delight or shepherds delight?

Quick blip while driving home over Boscombe cliffs this evening - shorter days make blipping difficult - might have to be creative at home!
This is looking out towards Swanage bay and Durlston head in the distance - If you look carefully there are two surfers in the water but you can only see their heads

Red sky at night
A red sunset probably[1] means dry weather the next day but the folk lore attached to it differs across the pond.

In North America:
Red sky at night, sailor's delight,
Red sky at morning, sailors take warning.

In the United Kingdom:
Red sky at night, shepherd's delight,
Red sky in morning, shepherds warning

Or

Red sky at night, shepherd's delight,
Red sky in morning, sailor's warning.
