Casa de Maria Totem

Been a little under the weather, but back to blipland will help. Went to a silent meditative retreat center in Santa Barbara called Casa de Maria. This was a picture of the garden art and retreat rooms. Learned some self-care techniques of Reiki, acu-pressure, and meditation. Now just have to practice it!
