The food, bar and restaurant business has always been tough in New York, but it's been getting worse by the month. I've seen so many places shut down in the past year due to greedy new landlords thinking that they can do better. uh...no. it's called "the recession" for a reason. I mean, we're doing better than we were last year but still. sigh. I hope this guy gets a break and his business does well. Looks like a nice lil spot!
