Cornbread and Butter beans

This Carolina Blue sky is shining beautifully in the cold Colorado sky. It has me excited...no... ecstatic to be returning back to North Carolina next week, where I will surely indulge in some Cornbread, Butterbeans, Collard Greens, and Fried Chicken...it will be a homecoming for the ages...Watch out North Cakalak...I'm coming home!
