This picture was harder to take than you'd imagine. I know I didn't exactly have to go down the mines or smash a barricade with the French strikers, but no matter where I stood, either the books or the shelves looked 'pissed' ... seems nothing in this house is straight but I knew that really.

Breaking news just in, it seems I have myself a lodger. Not just any lodger but a Tues-Wed-Thurs lodger, the best kind I'm guessing. Time will tell. Strangely, I wasn't even looking for a lodger, I was looking for a dog.
