Out the front door

Got home late this evening, and this was what I saw out my front door. I'm in love with my new lens. Yes, in love. I pointed it to the sky and got everything I wanted to capture! Love, love, love.

The bay is right out there, but the trees are in the way. It seems the sun comes up late and goes down early these days, but the sky is filled with clouds and colors.

Our summer was all fog and then days of cloudless blue skies. It hasn't been all that exciting for me. But now I'm remembering the amazing sunsets I capture last winter, and I'm really looking forward to them again.

It's pumpkin carving time. Maybe a blip opportunity tomorrow night. :)
