James Goes London

We arrived at 7:30 and went for some breakfast in a wee place in the train station before getting the tube to Piccadilly. We got the tube so man times today. It was great, just got on and 10 mins later you were at a completely different place.

We went to Madame Tussauds, which was great and did the London Eye at night, which was quite good.

We didn't actually buy much in terms of Christmas shopping, but it was good all the same.

We had our tea and headed out for a wee wonder... saw Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, Big Ben and other touristy things then headed near the bus station for a few drinks before our bus home.

Got the bus at 23:00 which got us home for around 08:00. It was a really good day and what may sound like a completly mad idea, turned out to work pretty well.
