Seize the day!

What was supposed to be a ride for a cup of coffee at a local donut shop, ended up in an eight hour ride through the foothills of Mt. Canlaon and back. The day was bright and beautiful and a perfect day for a bike ride and so we decided to seize the day. We crossed the island from the Occidental side to the Oriental side via the forest of this semi-active volcano and on one of our stops, I noticed the mossy forest floor covered with these fiery orange flowers of the Mahogany tree.
