Change of job and lifestyle means I don't get out half as much as I'd like on Betty (the Bike) and have quickly started to gain the pounds (of the unwelcome variety) so I have invested in one of those 'turbo trainers'. Will probably be less 'turbo' when I'm 'training'. All I need now is some TV goggles with the Welsh countryside playing in them and an ice cold wind machine. Somehow I do't think it will be the same!

PS ... the leftys won the day yesterday, good to see socialism alive and well! ;)
